1. The Game

Haywire Tractor is a casual arcade driving game provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play it. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or sell the game, its artwork, or its code without our written permission.

2. Virtual Items & Purchases

The game may offer virtual items (such as coins, tractors, and upgrades) and optional in-app purchases. Virtual items have no real-world value, are not refundable except as required by law or the relevant store's policies, and cannot be exchanged for money. Purchases are processed by the app store you bought them through — their payment terms apply.

3. High Scores

When you share a score, you choose a nickname that appears on our public leaderboard. Please keep it friendly — we may remove names or scores that are offensive, misleading, or the result of cheating. Submitted scores are not guaranteed to remain on the board forever; the leaderboard demands turnover, like crop rotation.

4. Acceptable Use

• Don't try to break, hack, or reverse-engineer the game or this site.
• Don't submit automated, fake, or manipulated leaderboard entries.
• Don't use the game or site for anything unlawful.
• Don't blame us when you hit the fence. It was standing still. You were not.

5. Intellectual Property

Haywire Tractor, including its name, artwork, characters, code, audio, and this website, is owned by Ghumdul Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. No Warranty

The game and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise uninterrupted or error-free service. (Much like the brakes.)

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghumdul Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game or this website — including, but not limited to, lost scores, lost coins, repair bills, or the emotional impact of a long run ending in a hedge.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If the consumer laws where you live give you extra rights, those still apply too.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
